Provided architectural design and construction drawings for an addition & remodel of an old farm house located in Millersville, IL.
Project included lifting the existing house up to remove old partial brick basement foundation and building a new concrete full
basement foudation for the existing house & new addition. The new addition included a new master bedroom & bath suite, laundry
room & guest bath. Also increased the size of the garage from 2 to 3 cars.
